Terms & Conditions of Sale



These are the terms and conditions of the agreement which apply to all purchases of products from Creo Interiors / Kidsspace.

We reserve the right to change or update the terms at any time, therefore please ensure you have the latest version and that you have read it carefully.



At the time of publication on our website and in our catalogue, all product descriptions are believed accurate; errors and omissions accepted. Representations of colours are approximate due to the limitations of the photographic and printing process. There may therefore be a slight difference from colours between the actual product and photographs of it on our website or in our catalogue.

If you submit an order through shop online you will need to complete a registration form first.



For orders which are placed through the shop online, an order acknowledgement will be automatically generated by the system. In all other cases you will get a confirmation of your order by e-mail within 2-3 days from point of order.

Your order will be accepted once payment has been made in full.

Payment must be cleared on Creo Interiors account before the order can be placed with supplier.



All of our products can be ordered for delivery to an address of your choice within the Republic of Ireland. If we cannot deliver the items to you at the address you have specified for any reason we can store the products at your risk. If you require us to redeliver, a delivery charge will apply, alternatively you can arrange collection of the goods with no additional fee. Delivery time: 5 – 6 weeks, this depends on the availability and production cycle of each product.Any time or date for delivery named by the Seller is an estimate only and the Seller shall not accept liability for any loss or damage or any consequential loss arising directly or indirectly from delay in delivery however caused. We will keep you informed of the progress of the order all the time and advise you of expected delivery time. If we are unable to fulfill your order within the normal delivery time, we will contact you as soon as this is known and offer you the option to withdraw your order or to offer you an alternative product.



Prices will only be guaranteed at the point of purchase and will be confirmed to you.

All prices are reflected in Euro and include VAT at the appropriate rate.

We reserve a right to change prices and specification without notice. Prices quoted on confirmation of your order will be honoured.



Payments can be made by:

-          cash

-          bank transfer

-          cheque

-          Paypal


Full payment must be made on all sale items at the time of purchase. All goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been received. Funds need to be cleared before the goods will be ordered. After payment we cannot make any changes to your order.

Invoice will be provided with or after delivery.



If the products are not available after your order has been accepted and there are no alternative products of interest to you, a refund of the full amount paid will be issued.

Refunds will be in the same currency and will be made through the original method of payment.

Refunds will only be given for goods which are damaged in transport. We do not issue refunds for any other circumstances.

Please check the products upon delivery and ensure that the condition of the goods are as purchased.

Once the delivery document is signed it is taken as an agreement of acceptance of the quality of the goods and refunds won’t be acceptable thereafter in any cases.





All products are tested to ensure they are of the highest standard and quality.

Creo Interiors warrants that all products will be free of defects where used and maintained in accordance with the instruction manuals for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

Warranty is only apply on furniture which is fitted by our team. No warranty on self-assembly furniture.

It is possible to replace the fronts, cornice, handles to new ones and the same extend warranty for another 5 years but not earlier than 2 years and not later than 7 years from the date of purchase. You will be charged only 33% of the current value of the furniture. You need to let us know if you decide to with the plan '2+5' before placing the order. The same you can't take advantage of any special offer available at the time the order is placed.

The furniture is supplied on a pallet, and additionally secured by plywood to eliminate any damages during transport.

Furniture is suitable for self- assembly (instruction attached with delivery), unless we recommend the elements to be fitted by an experienced technician.

We are not responsible for any injury, claim, damage or any indirect, accidental damages of any kind which arise out of your use or from the fitting of purchased items.



Our supplier has safety certificates published by an independent, renowned and accredited company TUV Rheinland Group who are a leading provider of service industry in the world. Our supplier received a warranted trademark MONITORING +TEST which allow them to produce guaranteed furniture.

Fronts are made from MDF which are coated with several coats of paint which provides ultimate finish and a perfect look. Special treatment of the fronts enhance softness and delicate velvety. Italian water paints are used to engraved elements.

Tops are covered with thermoplastic film to avoid scratches, abrasion and guarantee ultimate resistance.

In order to ensure the safety of children, furniture is equipped with rounded edges on the frontal surfaces and also a band to protect against collapse. The hinges of the BLUM company are equipped with a stowing-down device guaranteeing soft closing of the doors.

Any tall piece of furniture such as wardrobe, shelving or chests are provided with a special tape to prevent any accidental tip-over.



The performance of all orders is subject to variation or cancellation by the Seller owing to any act of God, strikes, war, Governmental regulations or orders, emergencies, fire, flood, drought, tempest or any other cause beyond the control of the Seller or owing to any inability by the Seller to obtain products required for the performance of the contract and the Seller shall not be held responsible for any inability to deliver caused by any such contingency.



The law of Ireland shall govern the validity construction and performance of any contract to which these Conditions apply.
